Payment methods

The account can be held in euros. Paysafecard is for depositing only: plan another method to collect your winnings.

Depositing

The minimum deposit is €10, except for cryptocurrencies, whose minimum is higher. Card and e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. On the casino side, depositing is free; only your bank or the blockchain network may charge something. The minimum and maximum amounts per method may be adjusted by Vegasino.

Cryptocurrencies

The cashier accepts around fifteen cryptocurrencies. USDT exists on four networks, ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana, and USDC on two, standard and Solana. Choose in the cashier exactly the network your wallet uses: a transfer on another network risks being lost. Pegged to the dollar, these two stablecoins avoid the roller coaster of the exchange rate while your funds are in play.

Withdrawing

The minimum withdrawal is €10. The finance department processes requests within 3 working days of the request, or of the payment of the previous withdrawal. You can have at most 3 requests pending at the same time. Where possible, the withdrawal goes through the method used for the deposit; if you funded your account by credit card, withdrawals to that card may be paid up to the total deposited, as a refund. Vegasino may also pay through another payment system.

Limits

From VIP tier 3, these ceilings are raised. If you win a large sum, plan to cash it out in several instalments.

Rules before a withdrawal

• Identity verification must be complete: no withdrawal is approved before then.
• The minimum turnover is 1x: a deposit not fully played exposes you to the cancellation of winnings and a 10% deduction.
• A minimum amount of wagering is required during the calendar month of the request.
• Every request is reviewed: gaming history and account are checked before payment.
• In case of suspected fraud, collusion or illegal activity, a withdrawal may be cancelled.

Account verification

Three documents are expected: a certified identity document, proof of address, and something proving you own the payment method, with transaction history to back it up. From the request, you have thirty days to send everything. The casino may also verify by telephone or facial recognition.

Choosing your method

To move money in and out through the same channel, the e-wallets Skrill, Neteller, Jeton or MiFinity are ideal, with no limit tied to the amount deposited as with a credit card. For a very first deposit, Visa or Mastercard do the job with no setup. Cryptos mainly interest players who already own a wallet; just bear in mind their higher minimum deposit. And if you want a strictly closed budget, the prepaid card limits what you put in, provided you plan another method to cash out.

Fees and inactive accounts

The house charges no commission, on the way in or out. Beware of unused accounts, though: after 180 days without logging in, monthly administration fees may apply. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance or close your account.
